Slayer Launch Party

TOM BEAUMONT_DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION, ST. ALI
Tom has just joined ST. ALi’s arsenal as the ‘Director of Education.’
He will be developing and running training/education programs internally, for wholesale clients and the public.
Tom began his caffeine obsession in the early 1990′s and has since worked as a training manager and cafe owner.
He is the current VIC cupping champ and judges state and national barista comps.

Fyxy from hell.
This thing brought ST. ALi to grinding halt today.
Peter (cherished regular) from Cycling Edge in SMelbourne decided to rock up with a new fyxy that interrupted even the deepest of customer conversation.
We even had mothers (with prams) taking photos on their phones of this thing… no shit!
The bike is called The Ox and is on loan for a short period at Cycling Edge in South Melbourne from Independent Fabrication.
