We are now taking coffee appreciation one step further by hosting a series of ‘Country of Origin’ degustation dinners. The concept here is to match food with coffees from the freshest single growing region in the world. We throw wine in there too just to make things interesting.
Toshi (St. Ali’s Mr Miyagi) roasts up single estate coffees that are served during the evening through Siphon Bar, Cold Drip, Pour over and Espresso and pairs the tasting notes with our coverted Executive Chef, Benjamin Cooper who them puts it all together for one big night.
