BBQ BLOKE’S SPICE - Ground 53g

The essential pantry item for every man for his steak! Dry-marinate meat in spice mix, heat oil on BBQ and cook to your liking. With a hint of chilli and a kick of pepper, this blend goes well with beef, lamb, chicken and pork. When mixed into a wet marinade with oil, it's great on roast potatoes. Contains salt, but depending on use, you can add more to taste.

QUICK BUTTER CHICKEN BLEND - Ground 46g

Make creamy Butter Chicken at home in just 30 minutes. A classic family favourite, complete the dish with an incredibly aromatic blend that's wonderful not only with meat but also in a vegetarian curry of pumpkin, carrots, cauliflower, and even potatoes. Combine this spice mix with coconut cream, butter and tomato paste to create a rich, perfectly spiced dish that's fit for a Maharajah! 

AUSTRALIAN CHICKEN SALT - Fine 75g

With no MSG and all-natural ingredients, enjoy this take on an Australian classic. Developed in Adelaide in the 1970s, Chicken Salt was originally produced as a seasoning for rotisserie chickens. Word spread and this quintessential Aussie spice was soon to be found in fish and chip shops around the country. Savoury with a hint of sweetness, this salt is perfect for hot chips, chicken, or try on buttered popcorn for a chip shop twist. 

TEX MEX TACO SPICE - Ground 70g

This Tex Mex Taco Spice favourite will be a hit with the whole family! Rich in cumin and Mexican chillies, add 2 tbsp spice to 1/2 kg beef mince in a heavy-based pan. Add water or stock for desired consistency, then simmer for 20 minutes. Serve in soft or hard shell tacos with guacamole, shredded cheese and salad. 

CHIMICHURRI SPICE - Rubbed 45g

Be whisked away to the wide-open spaces of Argentina’s Pampas with the new Chimichurri spice. The Basque name refers to the versatility of its use and the array of ingredients, depending on regions, family traditions, and the individual cook. This perfect blend of herbs and spices makes the ultimate accompaniment for all grilled or roasted meats, poured over freshly cooked BBQ creations or used as a zingy marinade before cooking. Not just for the carnivore in us, but also delicious used in many vegetarian dishes. For 250g meat or vegetables, mix 3 tbsp. of the blend with 1/3 cup olive oil and 1 tbsp. of red wine vinegar or lemon juice.
