CHOCOLATE MUD CAKE

The cake was beautifully presented. It was one of the best mud cakes I had eaten. Disappointing as there was no indication or clarity if the cake was a flourless cake and contained nuts. At time of ordering was told it did not, on a second check on day of the celebration was told it was a flourless cake and contained nuts!. May I suggest that if it does in fact contain nuts or is flourless that these details/warnings be included in the description.

I had this delivered for a family member's birthday lunch and was very happy with how smoothly everything went. Heard good things about the cake too - 5 stars! Just in terms of delivery, for whatever reason the cake wasn't on a board and so was hard to handle right out of the box, but firmed up beautifully once they got it in the fridge. Would definitely order again!

Cake was well packaged and delivery was a breeze. The cake itself was fresh and moist. Not your standard mud cake.

Several of those that joined me in savouring this birthday surprise commented that it was the best cake they had ever eaten!
