Cooking Instructions:

Minestrone
Warm up in a pot on medium heat

Sausages

Cook in a frying pan on medium heat for 8 mins—or be a devil fire up the barbie.

Pomme Puree and Gravy
Bring a pot of water up to a simmer and drop the bags in for 6-8 minutes.

Pickled Fennel and Citrus Salad
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and dress with olive oil, season and serve.

Lemon Curd Tart
Cut into desired pieces (or not) and serve.
