Beechworth Honey’s heritage includes four generations of beekeeping in northeast Victoria.

We have five types to choose from:

BEE RAW - HONEY & HONEYCOMB

The most pure and natural honey you can buy. A piece of delicious raw honeycomb immersed in 100% Australian Beechworth Honey. Edible, buttery honeycomb and honey, straight from the hive. Add a new dimension to your honey.

BEE CREAMY - CREAMY HONEY

Creamed Honey is simply 100% natural Australian Honey that is stirred in a slow whipping motion. The result is delicious honey that is easy to spread and easy to love. Creamed honey is 100% natural with nothing added. Just whipped honey, pure and simple.

BEE WARM - MACADAMIA HONEY

Our macadamia honey is dark in colour, with a rich complex flavour of malt and caramel that lingers in the mouth and is also accompanied with light fruity notes. We think this distinctively flavoured honey is a perfect addition to a marinade for your next beef or lamb dish.

BEE BOLD - SOUTHERN BLUE GUM HONEY

Southern Blue Gum Honey is pale to medium amber in colour with aromas of a fresh eucalypt forest. It is a bold honey with flavour hints of caramel and mint. It is sweet and then mellows to savoury with a mild aftertaste. It crystallises in a moderate timeframe. Southern Blue Gum Honey has aromas of sweet eucalypt and flavours of caramel and mint.

BEE DELICATE - IRONBARK HONEY

Grey Ironbark honey is generally light coloured and has an excellent warm, subtle fresh buttery taste. Due to its sweetness, this honey is often loved by children and sweet tooths. A teaspoon of honey is a perfect solution to alleviate cravings for sweet things.
