Finca El Rincon farm is one of six farms the Vides family runs. The quality of the coffee produced here has kept us coming back year after year for these past seven years.
Realising they could produce super-specialty micro-lots, the farms underwent a radical transition concentrating on quality, sustainability, and productivity. Careful pruning and management of the coffee trees continued on with individual varieties at each farm kept separate and cupped individually, reinforced with direct relationships cultivated with roasters and coffee buyers.
This coffee truly highlights that impeccable quality, care and attention to detail the Vides family is always aiming to achieve, with sweet notes of orange juice and panela.
