To create Grumpy Grandma’s semi dried olives, the Kalamata olives are pitted, brined, washed and then dried for 20 hours at around 65 degrees. The olives then rest for a further 24 hours before being seasoned with quality Australian ingredients. This results in a soft, melt in your mouth, flavoursome, moreish olive.
