Vibrant and zesty with just a hint of French oak, our Jalapeño Dripper is a naturally fermented chilli sauce that has not been pasteurised or heat treated. So as well as being tasty, it is full of beneficial bacteria. We would call it a 3 out of 5 on the heat scale, but what it lacks in heat it makes up for in zesty flavour goodness. 


Our hand-made, small batch natural fermentation process:

The fermented chilli and garlic mash are blended with apple cider vinegar that has been soaked in French oak chips to add a brilliant complexity and depth of flavour. We keep the process and ingredients list simple, so you can enjoy the uninterrupted flavour of the Jalapeños. 

 Ingredients: Organic apple cider vinegar, Jalapeño chilli, garlic, Himalayan pink salt, xanthan gum, French oak. 

Best kept in the fridge but can be stored at room temperature.
