Passaro Artisan Cachaça (Kuh-SHA-Sa) is a traditional Brazilian sugarcane spirit (Brazil’s Rum) distilled in small-batch alambiques (copper stills) & aged for 3 years in Royal Mahogany (Jequitibá) barrels.
Passaro is made on a farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil and embodies the artisanal way of making cachaca to deliver a clean & smooth spirit. Notes of grass, olive & wood on the finish with a floral, dried banana aroma.
Versatile and ideal for a variety of cocktails & mixes. Try the traditional caipirinha cocktail or replace the base spirit on your favourite classic.
