Based on Lake Garda in the Bay of the Sirens, Elisa Carta is both herbalist and sommelier with a passion for following old family recipes. She has crafted a range of artisan products that are distinctly of Lake Garda and the surrounding lands.
Canto Amaro is made primarily with the infusions of lemons, thistle, rose berries and vanilla. The use of Timut Pepper also adds complexity and structure to this wonderful elixir. Served chilled or straight with a slice of lemon or soda. Excellent in classic cocktails as a bitter or used alongside with vermouth.
