ST. ALi Shipping Policy

  • We will endeavour to deliver Victorian orders including chilled goods within 30km of our Port Melbourne warehouse, aiming for next-day delivery. However, our orders can fluctuate from time to time so please allow 3-5 business days for Express Shipping and 5-8 business days for Standard Shipping.

  • When ST. ALi Drivers isn't selected as a delivery option, the order will be sent via a courier carrier.

  • Over big sales periods - like our yearly Black Friday Sale - we still aim for next day delivery, but up to eight business days is more likely—it's a very busy time for us! 

  • If you are not home when your delivery arrives, orders containing only non-perishable items will be left in a safe place, unattended. If your order contains perishable items, the whole order will be returned to ST. ALi cafe for collection during cafe trading hours. Unfortunately, we can't break down orders into perishable and non-perishable items if you are not home. 

  • For all interstate orders, we ship via Shippit using a combination of services including Australia Post and couriers, based on the best shipping price we can provide to you.
  • Through these providers, from roastery dispatch, you can expect most standard delivery orders to major metro areas outside Victoria to take up to 5-8 business days. Regional or rural areas may take a little longer.
  • For orders over $79, we offer free shipping.

Please note these are only estimates—postal delays caused by these providers are outside our control once goods have been passed over for dispatch. There may be some postal delays out of our control, due to COVID-19 issues.

Orders Containing Alcohol

St Ali Pty Ltd requires all parcels containing alcohol to be signed for on delivery. The supply of liquor may only be accepted and signed for by persons 18 years and older. 

International Shipping

We use Auspost for all international web orders. Delivery times are dependent on customs, shipping, and local postal services. Free shipping does not apply to these orders. 


All postage is sent with tracking details as long as you provide an email address.

Lastly, we'd hate for you to have ordered something and never get it! If you haven't received your order within one week of ordering online, contact us at and we'll figure this out for you.
