The estimated delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date of the order. All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.
- We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver.
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
- If you are worried no one will be home to accept your parcel, contact our Customer Care Team and we can request your parcel requires a signature or is delivered to your local Post Office.
- There may be a delay of up to 2-5 business days during our peak periods.
- Please note once your order has been placed online, we are unable to make amendments to product, customer, or delivery details. Alternatively, if you have any queries about placing an order or an order you have received, please contact our Customer Care team.
- Prices are shown in Australian dollars.
- Some brewing equipment and machines may be drop-shipped from the Australian distributor if not in stock at ST. ALi. This may take a few extra days to get to you
- For all interstate orders, we ship via Shippit using a combination of services including Australia Post and couriers, based on the best shipping price we can provide to you.
Orders Containing Alcohol
St Ali Pty Ltd requires all parcels containing alcohol to be signed for on delivery. The supply of liquor may only be accepted and signed for by persons 18 years and older.
International Shipping
We use Auspost for all international web orders. Delivery times are dependent on customs, shipping, and local postal services. Free shipping does not apply to these orders.
Tracking
All postage is sent with tracking details as long as you provide an email address.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website here
Lastly, we'd hate for you to have ordered something and never get it! If you haven't received your order within one week of ordering online, contact us at support@stali.com.au and we'll figure this out for you.
