How It Works
Heads up: You’ll receive two emails — an order confirmation, then a ‘Ready to Pick Up’ email. Please wait for the second one before collecting.

Closed on weekends and all public holidays.
What to Bring
Just two things: your ‘Ready to Pick Up’ email (printed or on your phone) and your order number. That’s it. We’ll find your order and have you on your way.
Sending Someone Else?
No problem, just make sure they bring:
- Your order number
- A screenshot of the ‘Ready to Pick Up’ email
- A valid photo ID matching the order details (a photo is fine!)
Need to Change Your Order?
Changed your mind, forgot something, or want to switch from pickup to shipping? You can modify your order up to 24 hours after placing it. Just email us at support@stali.com.au and we’ll sort it.
Can’t Make It In?
No stress, we can ship your order anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $9.95. Email us at support@stali.com.au with your order number and shipping address, and we’ll get it on its way.
A Few Important Notes
- Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Please wait for the ‘Ready to Pick Up’ email before making the trip. Your order confirmation email won’t get you through the door.
Cancellations, Refunds & Holding Orders
We deal in a lot of fresh, perishable goodies (as coffee beans), so we have a few rules to keep things fair and your products as fresh as possible.
Orders containing perishable goods (e.g., coffee beans)
- You can cancel up to 3 days after the ‘Ready to Pick Up’ email. After that, perishable orders are no longer eligible for refund or cancellation.
- If your order contains perishable items and goes uncollected, we’re unable to offer an exchange for fresh stock.
Orders with no perishable goods (merch, equipment, etc.)
- A bit more flexibility here. If your order doesn’t contain any perishable items, you can request a cancellation and refund, and we’ll pop the items back on the shelves.
Holding your order
- We hold pickup orders at the warehouse for up to 15 days from the ‘Ready to Pick Up’ email.
- Need more time? Email us at support@stali.com.au before the 15 days are up and we’ll keep your order safely tucked away.
- Orders left uncollected after 15 days (with no contact from you) will be either discarded or donated, and won’t be eligible for a refund.
