We’re excited to partner up with award-winning British-born chef Paul Wilson on his latest venture Wilson and Market. Located in Prahran market, Paul and his team have built a seasonal food offering around produce sourced from the Mornington Peninsula’s Transition Farm. This massive undertaking will include three different elements: Mr Wilson’s Tuckshop, Wilson & Market lifestyle cafe, and Wilson & Market Brasserie and bar with ST. ALi coffee being served across the board.
