Purchased this for the office at work. It went down a treat with all of my colleagues

I placed order, money was returned with no information as to why

I paced an order for cold brewed coffee and all was processed properly.
I the received a refund on my order. If I ever received a communication as to why I missed it. I went back to reorder as I really wanted the coffee and couldn't order as it was then marked as out of stock. When I've been back since it hasn't yet been available. Just being patient and checking occasionally.
