FORTUNATE BLISS RECIPE

Our head barista Alex has dreamed up a new signature drink that celebrates our Lunar Blend and all the festivities that come with it.

Inspired by fond memories of brown sugar longan rice cakes, this drink is almost a dessert-like drinking experience. Longan is a tropical fruit with a musky, sweet taste. You can find dried longan at most Asian supermarkets, but otherwise a lychee syrup would make a good substitute and save you one of the steps.

For the Brown Sugar Longan Syrup:

- 200g brown sugar

- 200g water

- 50g dried longan

For the Drink:

- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

- 35g longan brown sugar syrup (Or lychee syrup)
