12-Month Prepaid 1kg Subscription

A prepaid subscription lets you lock in your coffee at a promotional rate for a set period, paid upfront in one charge. You choose your coffee, grind, delivery frequency, and plan length at checkout, and we take care of the rest.

At checkout, choose your coffee, grind, delivery frequency, and plan length (3, 6, or 12 months). You'll be charged upfront for the full term at the promotional rate. From there, your coffee is delivered automatically at the frequency you selected, with no further charges until your plan renews.

You can view your upcoming processing dates and delivery schedule in your subscription portal (https://stali.com.au/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access). However, prepaid subscriptions can't be changed through the portal — if you need to make any adjustments, reach out to our support team at support@stali.com.au.

Prepaid plans are available in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month terms. Your plan length is chosen at checkout and locked in from that point.

You'll receive a notification email 7 days before your plan renews, giving you time to cancel if you don't want it to continue.

Please note: the date shown in your subscription portal is your processing date — when your order is prepared and charged — not your delivery date. Your coffee will arrive a few business days after that, depending on your location.

Yes — your plan renews automatically at the end of each term. You'll receive a notification email 7 days before renewal so you have time to cancel if you don't want it to continue. You can cancel anytime through your subscription portal or by getting in touch with us at support@stali.com.au.

No — delivery frequency is locked in at checkout and cannot be changed for prepaid subscriptions.

Skipping and pausing aren't available through the portal for prepaid subscriptions. If you need help, contact our support team at support@stali.com.au and we'll do our best to assist on a case-by-case basis.

Important — timing: any changes need to be made at least 48 business hours before your next processing date. If you've already received an email notifying you that your order is being processed, it's too late to make changes to that order. Check your Delivery Schedule in your subscription portal to stay on top of upcoming dates.

Changes aren't available for prepaid subscriptions. All requests need to go through our support team, and we handle them on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@stali.com.au with your order number and we'll see what we can do.
