HOW TO USE

PREPARE AND ADD CLEANER

Remove the coffee filter, insert the blind filter, and add 1 scoop of EVO®. Lock into the group head.

RUN CLEANING CYCLES

Start and run for 10 sec, stop for 10 sec - repeat this 5 times total to dissolve cleaner.

RINSE THOROUGHLY

Remove and rinse the handle under water. Re-insert with the blind filter and run 10 quick rinse cycles (5 sec on / 2 sec off).

RE-SEASON MACHINE

Replace the regular filter, brew and discard one espresso before serving coffee.
