Ending the Melbourne vs Sydney feud, we've partnered with Sydney-based brewer and distiller, Young Henrys to bring this first-of-its-kind Coffee Gin to life.

The gin incorporates a fusion of cascara (dried coffee cherries) from Aida Batlle in El Salvador, and piney juniper, topped off with an earthy Angelica root and fruity Tasmanian Enigma hop, resulting in a surprisingly elevated flavour profile.

This blend showcases fruity, floral and caramel notes with a smooth finish.

Enjoy it neat, or it's perfect in a Negroni.

We were given a bottle of the St Ali Coffee Gin at Christmas. It fast became our favourite Gin to have in a Negroni cocktail. We just purchased 6 more, incase it becomes a limited time thing.
