Amazing taste but the grind is too fine

The decaf has a beautiful flavour and depth but unfortunately the grind is so fine it comes out as a dribble and when I remove the grip, it’s sludge. I have to run two shots through and barely get enough to make a decent coffee. I also buy the Orthodox espresso grind and that is perfect. I’m not sure why it is so different but even with a replacent bag of the Swiss decaf, the result was the same. The customer service is fantastic and I was sent a replacent bag immediately. Unfortunately, the result was no different.

A very light delicious coffee which as it is very hot I make as an ice latte.

I drink this decaf everyday. Very nice.
I would love it if you had it on the specials for the subscriptions as I drink it more than your other coffees ( which I also really enjoy)
