Crafted for versatility, this blend feels just as at home through an espresso machine as it does in a plunger or stovetop. However you brew it, expect balance, sweetness and a full-bodied finish.

BREW GUIDE & RECIPE

Dose: 20–25g · Yield: 46–52g · Time: 26–32 seconds

Grind: Fine

Aim for a balanced extraction to showcase the blend's silky milk chocolate and hazelnut sweetness. Pulling closer to 46g produces a richer, creamier cup, while stretching toward 50g lifts the candied orange and brings greater clarity to the finish.

Grind: Medium-fine

Fill the basket level without tamping and brew over medium heat. Remove from the heat as soon as the coffee begins to flow steadily. This method produces a rich, chocolate-forward cup with toasted hazelnut sweetness and a gentle citrus finish.

Grind: Coarse · Dose: 70g per litre · Water temp: 94°C (just off the boil)


Pour enough water to saturate the coffee and bloom for 30 seconds before filling. Steep for 4 minutes, then press slowly. Expect a smooth, rounded brew with creamy body, milk chocolate sweetness and delicate candied orange notes.

This blend was developed to shine in milk. Full cream delivers a rich chocolate and hazelnut profile, while oat milk enhances its natural sweetness. Skim and almond produce a lighter cup, allowing the candied orange finish to become more pronounced. Ideal for everything from a piccolo to a flat white or latte.
