Organic Espresso Blend

Made up of changing components reflecting the best of what's in season.

Combining coffees from these two sources has created a blend that tastes of sweet red apple and rich maple syrup, making for exceptional espresso-based drinks. 

Introducing this Indian component to one of our cornerstone blends is a move we’re very proud of here at ST ALi. This addition gives us the chance to show off the superb quality of an origin that’s closer to home - and one we hope to see more of on Aussie shelves. It’s a washed process with a full, clean, body and mild dried fruit notes underscored by hearty molasses and black pepper. 

When combined with soft sweetness and acidity from the Colombia component, flavours become lighter but hold onto more deep, rich structure and heavier, syrupy sugar notes than previous iterations of this blend contained - it’s delicious both in your fav milk or served straight up. If you have a Moccamaster or drip coffee set up, it's pretty damn good as a filter brew too!

Feels Good has historically been ST ALi’s most dynamic blend, made up of fresh, seasonal, organic components. This latest change, with a major percentage sourced from our neighbours in South Asia, moves us one step closer to a lower carbon footprint too, while celebrating the truly excellent coffee our corner of the planet is capable of producing at scale.
