Terms and Conditions for Melbourne Marathon Entry Competition

Eligibility:

Entry is open to individuals who are members of the ST. ALi Coffee Roasters marketing database at the time of the competition draw. Employees, family members, and associates of ST. ALi Coffee Roasters are ineligible to participate.

How to Enter:

To enter, participants must be an active member of our marketing database & complete the form field. No additional purchase or action is required.

Prize:

There are a total of 3 prizes available. Each prize consists of one (1) entry to the Melbourne Marathon.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Competition Period:

The competition opens on 28th of July 2024 and closes on the 7th of August 2024 at 11:59 PM AEST.

Draw Details:

The winners will be drawn at random on the 8th of August 2024 at 10:00 AM AEST.

The draw will be conducted at ST. ALi Coffee Roasters, Unit 2 B/706 Lorimer St, Port Melbourne VIC 3207.

Winner Notification:

Winners will be contacted directly via the contact details provided in our marketing database.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of the initial notification, a new winner will be drawn at random.

Publicity:

By entering the competition, winners agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

General:

ST. ALi Coffee Roasters reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of ST. ALi Coffee Roasters, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.

Personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
