ST. ALi $10,000 Italy Travel Voucher Promotion

Authorised under NSW Permit No. TP/05371; ACT Permit No. TP 26/02172. This promotion is also being lodged with Western Australia's Racing, Gaming and Liquor division prior to commencement, as required for trade promotions advertised online.

Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

To enter, eligible individuals must, between 12:00am AEST on 18/09/2026 and 11:59pm AEDT on 30/10/2026 (the “Entry Period”):

(a) place an order for any product online at stali.com.au, with entry automatic upon an eligible purchase unless the customer chooses to opt out (by unticking the entry checkbox provided at checkout); or

(b) make an eligible purchase of any ST. ALi product in-store and upload a clear, legible photo or scan of the valid receipt via the receipt upload form at stali.com.au/pages/win-a-trip-to-italy#italy-receipt, within the Entry Period.

Only one (1) valid entry will be counted per receipt uploaded under the in-store method. The Promoter reserves the right to request the original physical receipt at any time to verify an entry, and may disqualify any entry supported by an illegible, duplicated, altered, or otherwise invalid receipt.

Entry into this promotion is free. By entering this competition, you agree to receive marketing communications from St. Ali Coffee Roasters Pty Ltd. If you do not want to receive email and/or SMS marketing from ST. ALi Coffee Roasters Pty Ltd, you may opt out by separately unticking the relevant box at checkout or on the entry form. This is optional, is not a condition of entry, and you may unsubscribe at any time. See “Personal information” under General Terms below for how your information is otherwise collected, used, and disclosed in connection with this promotion.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, and residency) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.

Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

This is a game of chance. One (1) major prize winner will be drawn at random.

The major prize draw will take place at 12:00pm AEDT on 03/11/2026 at the offices of ST. ALi Coffee Roasters, Unit 2 B/706 Lorimer Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207, by random electronic draw. The winner will be notified via phone and email within 24 hours of the draw. The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. Entrants may also request written confirmation of the promotion’s results at any time, which the Promoter will provide within 7 days of the request.

Major Prize

Total prize value: $12,000 AUD

Includes:

• $10,000 in flight credit, redeemable via Flight Centre
• Up to $2,000 additional value for the following:
• Two (2) nights’ accommodation in Florence, Italy
• One (1) day entry to the Galleria dell’Accademia, Florence
• A guided city tour of Florence

The major prize has been sourced and is fulfilled by ST. ALi Coffee Roasters Pty Ltd, in conjunction with Flight Centre for the flight credit component.

The $10,000 flight credit can be used at the winner’s discretion for flights to any destination of their choosing, subject to Flight Centre’s booking availability and standard terms. The Florence accommodation, Galleria dell’Accademia entry, and city tour are fixed inclusions arranged directly by the Promoter and must be redeemed on the date(s) specified by the Promoter, subject to availability.

The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash. No cash or credit adjustment will be made for any unused portion of the prize, including any unused flight credit.

Travel Prize Terms

The prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, airport transfers, meals, spending money, or other personal costs not expressly listed as included.

The winner is responsible for holding a valid passport (with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of travel) and any visas required for travel to Italy, and for complying with all other travel, health, and insurance requirements.

The Florence accommodation, Galleria dell’Accademia entry, and city tour must be taken on the date(s) specified by the Promoter and are not transferable to alternative dates.

The Promoter is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the use of the prize.

The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, delay, or rescheduling of travel and related costs.

Flight Credit Terms & Conditions

The flight credit is valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue/purchase (available to use after 24 hours).

Cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded, or used for credit or currency purchases.

Redemption process and any booking conditions will be set by Flight Centre – to be confirmed.

Lost or stolen credit will not be replaced.

Use of the flight credit constitutes acceptance of Flight Centre’s full terms and conditions and Privacy Policy.

General Terms

Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, voice, and likeness in the Promoter’s own marketing channels (including its website, social media accounts, email marketing, and in-store point-of-sale material) for a period of up to twelve (12) months from the end of the Entry Period, without remuneration, for purposes connected with this promotion. An entrant may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting the Promoter using the details below.

If the promotion is interfered with in any way beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (including technical issues, fraud, or unauthorised intervention), the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion as permitted by law.

Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant’s responsibility. Automated entries are not permitted and will be deemed invalid.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on entrants under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any equivalent state or territory fair trading legislation, which cannot lawfully be excluded (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).

Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from or in connection with: (a) any technical malfunction; (b) theft or unauthorised access; (c) late or lost entries; (d) variation in prize value; (e) tax implications; (f) use of the prize.

The Promoter collects personal information to conduct this promotion, including to process entries, verify eligibility, and fulfil the prize. This information may be disclosed to third parties engaged in connection with the promotion, including Flight Centre (for the purpose of issuing and redeeming the flight credit) and the Promoter’s Florence-based accommodation, attraction, and tour providers (for the purpose of arranging the travel components of the prize), some of whom may be located overseas. By entering, you consent to this collection, use, and disclosure. The Promoter otherwise handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its Privacy Policy, available at stali.com.au/policies/privacy-policy. Entrants may access, update, or correct their personal information by contacting the Promoter using the details below.

In accordance with Schedule 11, Part 4 of the Lotteries Regulations 2021 (SA), the winner’s details (last name, first initial, and postcode) will be published on the ST. ALi Coffee Roasters website at stali.com.au within 30 days of the major prize draw date and/or any unclaimed prize redraw. The name of the major prize winner will also be published in a local or national newspaper within the same timeframe, as required in the Northern Territory. ACT entrants may request written notice of the promotion’s results at any time, which the Promoter will provide within 7 days of the request.

If the original winner does not claim the prize within 14 days, a redraw will take place at 12:00pm AEDT on 17/11/2026 at the offices of ST. ALi Coffee Roasters, Unit 2 B/706 Lorimer Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207, by random electronic draw. The redraw winner will be notified via email and must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and each entrant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
