Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Competition Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 06/05/2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 14/06/2026 (“Promotional Period”).

How to Enter
To enter, eligible individuals must either:

(a) place an order for any product online at stali.com.au during the Promotional Period. Entries are automatic with eligible online purchases.

OR

(b) purchase a specially marked ST. ALi product from a participating retailer (including Coles) during the Promotional Period, scan the QR code on-pack, and complete the entry form by uploading valid proof of purchase.

One eligible purchase equals one entry. Multiple entries are permitted.

By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive email and SMS marketing communications from ST. ALi Coffee Roasters. Personal information provided may be used by the Promoter for promotional and marketing purposes. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age and residency) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.

Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

Prize Details
There will be one (1) major prize winner.

The total prize value is AUD $21,000 and consists of:

• One (1) $21,000 Flight Centre Gift Card

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The Flight Centre Gift Card is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.

The major prize has been sourced and is fulfilled by ST. ALi Coffee Roasters.

Please note: While promotional messaging may reference travel or a “world tour”, the winner may use the Flight Centre Gift Card towards travel experiences of their choice, subject to Flight Centre booking availability and applicable terms and conditions.

The prize does not include travel insurance, visas, passports, transfers, spending money, taxes not included in bookings or any other ancillary costs associated with travel.

Winner Draw
This is a game of chance.

The major prize draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 15/06/2026 at:

The draw will be conducted electronically at random.

Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via phone and email within 24 hours of the draw.

The winner’s details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published on stali.com.au within 30 days of the draw date in accordance with applicable regulations.

The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification.

Unclaimed Prize Draw
If the original winner does not claim the prize within 14 days, a redraw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 29/06/2026 at the same location listed above.

The redraw winner will be notified via phone and email within 24 hours and must claim the prize within 14 days of notification.

General Conditions
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, voice and likeness in media for an unlimited period without remuneration for promotional purposes related to this competition.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including technical difficulties, fraud or unauthorised intervention, the Promoter reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to disqualify any entrant or modify, suspend or terminate the promotion as appropriate.

Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant’s responsibility. Automated entries are not permitted and will be deemed invalid.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or similar legislation.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the use of the prize.
