This beauty comes to us from Gicherori Factory, where over 1,000 smallholder farmers hand-deliver freshly picked cherries the same day they’re harvested. It’s part of the Kibugu Farmers Co-op in Embu—a lush, high-altitude pocket of Mount Kenya that’s basically coffee growing paradise, with rich red soil, river-fed farms, and two rainy seasons a year.
With help from Coffee Management Services (CMS), these farmers get support in everything from sustainable ag practices to productivity hacks, and the results speak for themselves.
This washed lot is straight-up tropical elegance: juicy tropical vibes, bergamot brightness, and crisp citrus notes. It’s refined, clean, and quietly complex—an effortlessly cool take on classic Kenyan flavour
