Black Cherry + Warm Spice. We're glad to welcome father and son team Alberto & Diego of Hacienda Sonora back onto the ST. ALi coffee menu. The Red Catuaí Natural from Sonora Estate is a delicious mix of aroma and sweetness, with this year’s lot having notes of black cherry, and warm spice.
Orange Blossom + Caramel. Though the region is known as Sidamo, this coffee comes from the Hageremariam sub-region, from the West Guji Zone. Processed by Nardos Coffee Export from many smallholder farmers, this coffee is refined and sweet, full of orange blossom and caramel.
Honey + Rockmelon. Coffees from Yirgacheffe are sweeter and more tea-like compared to the rustic and bolder flavoured coffees from other areas of Ethiopia. Tasting of Honey and Rockmelon, the Kesha Kebele Natural coffee provides a beautiful aroma and sweetness and is one of our favourite cups right now.
