30g Sugar (optional)

250ml Hot Water

40g Strawberry puree or syrup

60g Matcha Syrup

½ cup Milk of choice

1. Combine matcha with sugar.


2. Add 250ml of hot water


3. Mix everything together until smooth


4. Pour strawberry puree into the glass, filling the bottom layer


5. Mix matcha syrup with your milk


6. Stir well to combine and create a smooth matcha milk mixture


7. Pour the matcha milk into the glass over ice
