Like most coffee grown in Kenya, this lot comes from multiple smallholder farmers growing coffee among other crops on tiny family farms, all delivering to a single local processing facility. These farmers are members of the Kibisi Factory Cooperative, through which they receive agronomics support such as soil analysis and targeted fertilization, improving quality and yields.
This lot is a traditional washed process, like all our fav Kenyan coffees, and exhibits crisp, sparkling acidity and classic flavours like persimmon and earl grey tea.
