ST ALi has been working with Sonora Estate for going on 15 years now, a relationship established in the earliest years of green buyer Lucy’s career, and one we plan to celebrate for many years to come.
Run by father and son duo, Alberto and Diego Guardia, Sonora Estate is powered by a water mill running on natural spring water, and dedicates a full quarter of its 100 acres to preserving the wild forest of the stunning Central Valley, while the rest is used to cultivate the shade grown coffees we adore.
This delicious and uniquely flavoured honey processed lot of the red catuai variety is a testament to why we love Sonora Estate so much, it has syrupy notes of black tea with brown sugar and chocolate ganache, along with dark purple fruits and hints of herbal flowers.
