50g ST. ALi drinking chocolate
50g water
50g cooled espresso (use your favourite blend)
50g thickened cream
100ml orange juice
Ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Make the chocolate syrup:
- Mix 50g ST. ALi drinking chocolate with 50g water to form a smooth syrup.
2. Make the chocolate espresso cream:
- Combine the chocolate syrup, cooled espresso, and thickened cream.
- Make sure all ingredients are chilled. Whip with an electric hand mixer or shake in a cocktail shaker until thick but pourable.
3. Build the drink:
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour in 100ml orange juice.
- Gently top with chocolate espresso cream.
